Rosemary & Blue Cheese Mashed Potatoes
- 1 pouch Brilliant Beginnings® Potatoes (SKU 10630)
- 1 cup Butter, softened
- 2 1/2 Tbsp Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp Rosemary, minced
- 2 cups Half and half
- 1 1/2 cups Blue cheese, crumbles
- Prepare potato base according to directions. Hold hot.
- Heat butter, salt, rosemary and half and half on medium until butter is melted. Stir butter mixture and cheese into potatoes. Garnish with additional blue cheese crumbles and rosemary if desired. Serve or hold hot.
